Madhu Keshav
VP, South Asia
Madhu comes to Thea with over 13 years experience in sales, business development, product management, project delivery, solution support and order-to-cash in telematics services for Enterprise and Small & Medium customers in the Automotive, Cement, Oil & Gas, 3PL and e-Commerce space, in North America and India.

Madhu is responsible for all our businesses in South Asia, including strategy, marketing, business development and operations.
Yaroslav Kovalov
Software team lead
Yaroslav has multiyear experience in software engineering, working for several large software and IT development outsourcing businesses.

Yaroslav leads software team and manages development of core Thea backend and frontend applications.
Eduard Ogay
Head of Support
About 12 years ago, Eduard was key founding team member of a telematic service provider which then became the largest TSP in Kazkhstan. Ed has substantial experience in IT risk management, clients support and administration.

At Thea, Eduard is in charge for all key partners and clients support. He also oversees and sets up operational processes both inside Thea and joint processes with Thea counterparts.

Pushkar Rajagopalan
VP, Middle East & Africa
Pushkar has over 10 years of experience in managing international sales relations, business development and pioneered in bringing OEM connected cars and telematics solutions to Middle East.

At Thea, Pushkar oversees Middle East / African regions and responsible for marketing, business development and front end operations.
Andrey Voloshin
Co-founder and CTO
Andrey has very strong background both in hardware and software, enjoying experience of a team leader, managing in-house and distributed development teams at Miratech and alikes.

Andrey is in charge of Thea long term technology strategy, key developments and new product development that clients will see in the future.
Ruslan Yegembayev
Founder and CEO
Ruslan has 14 years of international experience in project finance, business development and investment banking. Recent 5 years he dedicated to high-tech enterpreneurship in multiple aspects.

Ruslan defines business architecture, product philosophy, business models, and works with key partners, also developing new regions. As of now de-factor oversees Russia and CIS region.

Sergey Balashov
VP, Russia
Sergey brings with him a wealth of 12+ experience specifically in marketing, BD, partnership, product management and strategy with strong knowledge of Telecom & IT industry. Holding leading roles in one of the largest world MNO presented in Europe, Russia & CIS, Asia and Africa, he launched and managed its Internet of Things business.
Sergey is in charge for all our business in Russia, including strategy, marketing, business development and operations.
Alexey Mussin
VP, Kazakhstan
Alexey is experienced entrepreneur, with strong track record in system integration and industrial equipment supply. Building several businesses from the scratch, he established strong operational and business expertise in Kazakhstan.
Alexey is in charge of all Thea operations in Kazakhstan - including business development, sales, customer support and operations.
